Delta touch faucet solenoid problems.
As with any technology issues can arise.
The solenoid filter may also be clogged.
It could also be that the user is not touching the faucet properly.
It is possible that the aerator is clogged and removing and cleaning it will restore normal water flow.
This way you will have water however the touch problem might still persist.
A simple touch anywhere on the spout or kitchen faucet handle with your wrist or forearm activates the flow of water at the temperature where your faucet handle is set.
Check if you have inserted the batteries correctly positive and negative.
There was no predicting when it would turn on and off.
Make sure the touch is not too long or too short it should be deliberate like striking a key on a piano.
The solenoid connections can be touchy and you don t want to touch them with a static charge.
It was weird but the other faucet was identical and worked perfectly.
No water if you do all that and you still have no water flow turn the handle so that the faucet is off.
It woudn t turn on and off as it was supposed to so again i called delta asking for them to just let me get a replacement faucet.
If you get water then you need to clean the solenoid water filter.
Disconnect the solenoid from the battery pack and wait for at least 30 seconds for the solenoid to be reset.
If the faucet has a slow water flow the water supply valve may not be fully open and if so merely adjust the valve.

Finally the unit may need to reset.
Disconnect the battery wait 30 seconds then reconnect the battery.
Remove the hose from the solenoid and then try to turn the faucet on.
