Cut the magnet material off of the roll. This is done surprisingly enough with a corner rounder. You may have to use a couple of sheets of baking paper. See my proposed circle cutter design below.

I understand its not recomended to do this what i dont understand is. I ve been reading some of the posts about cutting magnetic sheets with vinyl cutter. On an explore turn the smart set dial to custom and select printable magnetic sheet for cricut maker select printable magnetic sheet from the list of materials. Then apply your vinyl graphics and finish by rounding the corners. These 12 by 24 matte white magnetic sign blanks are a must.
